Reimbursement = Drug Tariff Part VIIIA (Jun 2026) (or the live price concession where one is in force). Buy prices are net of the national MDS scheme rebate for each drug and wholesaler (marked †). Reimbursement assumes a clawback of 11.18% and a dispensing fee of £2.09. Figures exclude practice-specific loyalty bonuses, spend-tier and settlement discounts, which are individual to each practice. Margin per pack = reimbursement minus the cheapest in-stock buy. Indicative market intelligence to support buying and prescribing decisions, not a guarantee for any one practice.
